We “SKYLINE SHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT LTD are proud to announce that we are the “ISO” MLC 2006 certified agency and we recruit officers/ratings to various reputed foreign as well as Indian principals on their fleet as per the rules framed by Flag State Maritime Authority Our aim is to provide Safety on Board Vessel to our clients and at the same time our company policy is also to safe – guard the interest of the Indian seafarers employed with our principals. Some of our main policy clauses are highlighted as under:
Safety Policy
The Safety Policy of SKYLINE SHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT LTD For the seafarers recruited by us, is defined as below:

The seafarer is responsible for the correctness, correctness’ and validity of data provided by him in the Application Form.

The seafarer shall be adequately certificated and experienced for the post and type of vessel, he is supposed to join.

The seafarer shall maintain discipline on the vessel and must obey the orders of the Master of vessel.

The seafarer shall use personal Safety gears on the vessel.

The seafarer shall not consume, handle or deal in drug trafficking or alcohol on the vessel.

The seafarer shall be physically fit and capable of undertaking all the duties and jobs of his rating.

The company will not re-employ any crew member who has been found guilty or disobedient or advised unfit by the customer.

Complying with mandatory rules and regulations and taking into account that applicable codes, guidelines and standards recommended by the Administrations, classification societies and maritime industry organizations, safe working arrangements are to be achieved in all areas aboard of vessels ,accidents and hazardous situations, which may occur during working, are prevented earlier by this manner. The company will try to prevent new situations and accidents by investigating old situations and accidents.
